Bhd. wishes to formally inform our valued customers, business partners, and the automotive community that Norcal Chassis Works LLC, which previously operated under the name “Ultra Racing USA” on social media, has independently announced the termination of its business partnership with Ultra Racing, without providing any prior notice or direct communication to our Malaysia headquarters.

While we respect the business decisions of our partners, we believe that professionalism, transparency, and proper communication are essential to maintaining mutually respectful business relationships.

Accordingly, Norcal Chassis Works LLC is no longer recognized as an authorized Ultra Racing dealer or representative. Any continued use of the name “Ultra Racing USA” by Norcal Chassis Works LLC should not be interpreted as an indication of an ongoing official affiliation with Ultra Racing (M) Sdn. Bhd..

It has come to our attention that claims have been circulated questioning the authorization of ThrowDown Performance LLC and the authenticity of Ultra Racing products supplied through its business.

Ultra Racing (M) Sdn. Bhd. hereby officially confirms that ThrowDown Performance LLC is one of our authorized dealers in the United States.

Products supplied by ThrowDown Performance LLC through our official supply channels are genuine Ultra Racing products.

Any statements suggesting that ThrowDown Performance LLC is an unauthorized dealer or that its officially sourced Ultra Racing products are counterfeit are inaccurate and do not represent the position of Ultra Racing Headquarters.

Ultra Racing values every authorized dealer and business partner within our global distribution network.

We respect fair competition and believe that business relationships should be built upon integrity, transparency, and mutual respect. However, we strongly discourage the circulation of unverified or misleading information that could undermine customer confidence or damage the reputation of our authorized business partners.

The authorization status of any Ultra Racing dealer can only be officially confirmed by Ultra Racing (M) Sdn. Bhd.
